Dr Shahryar Beheshti – 76357
Principal and Specialist Oral Surgeon

Dr Shahryar Beheshti is the principal practitioner of the practice he qualified from the Royal London Hospital in 1999. He has since worked in general practice and simultaneously trained in oral surgery and implantology to specialist level.
He has extensive experience in restorative and cosmetic dentistry and has a very caring and gentle bedside manner. He provides all aspects of general dentistry, root canal, composite veneers and Invisalign.
In addition to general practice, he has worked in several maxillofacial surgical units since qualifying which has allowed him to ultimately qualify to sit and pass the specialist Tricollegiate exam in oral surgery. In addition to this Shahryar has been trained to a high level in implantology and has obtained the very highly respected Diploma in Implantology from the Royal College of surgeons with the advanced certificate in bone grafting.
Shahryar worked at Guys Hospital for 9 years and provided all aspects of oral surgery in this specialist unit under local anaesthetic and conscious sedation. He currently works part time in a Harley Street Practice.
His approach to implantology, bone grafting, wisdom teeth surgery is evidence based and supported with the highest level of training from the most respected institutions.
Georgia Rice – 216328
Practice Manager
Georgia joined our practice in January 2021, she is a Dental Practice Manager and a Register Dental Nurse with 10 years dental experience. Her role is to ensure that the practice delivers high clinical standards at all-time set out by the BDA, GDC and in-line with CQC also the day-to-day running of the practice. She enjoys the role of practice manager because no two days are the same.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and of course, a shopping trip!
Cindy Mercer – 143166
Operations Manager
Cindy has been working at The Mullally practice for over 30 years, all patients love talking to her. She is polite, friendly and extremely capable, with a passion for delivering excellent administrative support. Cindy is also a register Dental Nurse. She ensures that day-to-day of the practice is running smoothly and manages the appointment diary.
She likes spending her free time with her family.
Ramona Balint – 288956
Qualified Dental Nurse
Ramona started at the practice is 2019 as a trainee dental nurse, she has since qualified and is now our Head Dental Nurse. In this role she manages the team of nurses assisting them with any problems they may encounter and generally supporting them in their roles. She also works alongside the practice manager and is involved in some of the decision making.
Outside of work Ramona spends time with her husband and little boy.
Dalia Soltan – 285126
Qualified Dental Nurse
Dalia has worked at the practice since 2018, she started as a trainee nurse and since qualified in 2020. She enjoys all aspects of nursing. Dalia has continued to study and will be continuing training to become a hygienist.
Katie Walker – 252717
Hygiene Therapist
Katie obtained a Graduate Diploma in Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy at the University of Leeds in 2014, which has equipped her with the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver care to her patients confidently and competently within my remit.
She enthusiastic and compassionate individual who provides excellent quality of care to an array of patients and always has a smile on her face.
