Dr Shahryar Beheshti is a highly experienced Specialist Oral Surgeon in London, providing advanced surgical care at Mullally Dental Practice. With over 25 years of clinical experience, he has developed extensive expertise in dental implants, oral surgery, and complex restorative and aesthetic treatments.

Dr Beheshti has a special interest in full arch implant based rehabilitation also known as All-on-Four and All-on-Six dental implant solutions, helping patients achieve fixed teeth on the same day. His clinical interests also include complex wisdom tooth extractions, bone grafting, and oral rehabilitation for patients with missing or failing teeth.

A graduate of The Royal London Hospital Dr Beheshti has undertaken advanced postgraduate training in implantology from The Royal College of Surgeons and various maxillofacial surgery and oral surgery units such as Guys Hospital ensuring that his patients benefit from the latest evidence-based techniques . He is fully registered with the General Dental Council
(GDC No. [76357]) and continues to update his skills through professional development and membership in leading dental institutions .

Cindy has been working at The Mullally practice for over 30 years, all patients love talking to her. She is polite, friendly and extremely capable, with a passion for delivering excellent administrative support. Cindy is also a register Dental Nurse. She ensures that day-to-day of the practice is running smoothly and manages the appointment diary.

She likes spending her free time with her family.

Tayebeh graduated from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Science, which is the highest ranking University in her home, and qualified as a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 2009. She then studied for a clinical MSc in Periodontics, 2013 to 2016, and qualified as a specialist periodontist in Iran.

Tayebeh was a clinical lecturer in the Kermanshah University Dental School for two years.

She has worked for six years as a periodontist in her own private practice, and other practices as an associate. Tayebeh moved to the UK and studied an MSc course in Queen Mary University.

Although she’s not on the specialist list for Perio/Gums in the UK, she has extensive experience in advanced gum procedures to help non-responsive patients have undergone routine gum therapy.

Driven by the passion for helping others and the desire of having a direct contribution to the wellbeing of the patients, Ionut qualified as a Dental Therapist and Hygienist in 2023, after being a qualified Dental Nurse for 7 years and working for many renowned clinics in London.

Besides being an enthusiastic Oral Health Educator, Ionut is also passionate about teaching in general, which led him to become a Dental Nursing Tutor and a Spanish Teacher, upon obtaining an Award in Education and Training.

Ionut’s philosophy prioritises ethics, compassion and the provision of gentle dental care, hence his special interest in managing phobic patients.

In his spare time, Ionut enjoys travelling and exploring sunny destinations.

In my role as Head Dental Nurse, I focus on ensuring the highest standards of patient care, supporting dentists in complex procedures, and mentoring trainee dental nurses to build confident and skilled teams.

I am passionate about creating a positive and reassuring patient experience, from pre-operative guidance to post-treatment support. With proven ability to manage fast-paced clinical operations, maintain compliance with CQC standards, and oversee implant and surgical protocols, I thrive in delivering safe, efficient, and compassionate care.
